The famous cryptocurrencies wallet service CoinPayments has partially reimbursed its users who lost their Ripple deposits due to a bug in the application. ** Due to the bug the platform users were allowed more XRP Withdrawals than they actually owned**. The flaw was exploited by few users who drained CoinPayments XRP wallet of 21 million XRP tokens.

Due to the flaw in the system many users wallets balance dropped to zero which causes serious situation.

The company contacted with many users who had got the extra XRP to return it voluntarily but the funds have not been returned as hoped.
Now CoinPayments have started compensating a portion of the loss to its users..

CoinPayments has so far shown good faith..
